以下公告同學們來臺前需要注意的事項，請大家務必仔細閲讀並在抵達台灣前完成，謝謝。

請清楚自己學生的身份為僑生、港澳生或是外國學生(若不清楚，請查閲錄取通知書)，並根據相應身份完成新生相關注意事項：

 II. 來台簽證、入台證辦理諮詢如下，請仔細閲讀: 

Please read the following information carefully for VISA and Entry Permit to Taiwan :

**學校無法代辦簽證，同學必須自行在母國處理。

**提醒！台灣駐外館處請同學務必親自處理簽證問題，以免發生個資泄漏及資訊溝通錯誤等問題。

**NCUE cannot process VISA on your behalf; student must handle this in your home country.

**Reminder from Overseas missions, student MUST personally handle VISA matters to avoid personal information leaks and communication errors.

III. 來臺前必須完成之資料 Documents to be Completed Before Coming to Taiwan：

1. 請至「國立彰化師範大學新生資訊系統」完成新生資料填寫。 

Please go to the "National Changhua University of Education Freshman Information System" to complete the New Student Data Form.

2.「境外學位生緊急醫療授權書」，於入學報到時繳交給新生報到團隊。

It is essential to fill out the "Authorized Letter of Emergency for Oversea Chinese Students and Degree-seeking Foreign Students" form in advance and submit it to the freshman reception team during the registration process.

IV. 重要日程 Important Schedule：

1. 114學年度秋季班開學日為2025年9月8日。

Classes of Fall semester Academic Year 2025/2026 begins on September 8, 2025.

2. 開放僑外生新生抵校期間 The arrival period for Overseas Chinese, HK & Macau Students and Degree-seeking Foreign Students : 2025.08.23 - 2025.09.07

3. 接機日程 Airport Pickup Schedule：第一梯次 First round - 8/26-8/28 (10:00-16:00)   第二梯次 Second round - 9/2-9/4 (10:00-16:00)

4.新生最早入宿時間：2025.08.23  14:00PM。

The earliest check-in time to dormitories is August 23, 2025  14:00PM.

5. 教務處報到註冊及領取學生證：8.25-9.12 (非工作日無法辦理註冊及報到)。

Enrollment and collection of student ID cards at the Office of Academic Affairs : Start from August 25, 2025 to September 12, 2025 (only during working hours).

6. **重要！請務必參加！Very important, please make sure to attend!

辦理居留證 Residence permit(A.R.C.) explanation and application session：9.4   **港澳生因體檢關係將擇期辦理

新生見面會(中文場次)+諮輔中心國際生新生定向輔導活動 Freshman Orientation(Chinese Session) and Counseling Session for International Freshmen：9.5

新生見面會(英文場次) Freshman Orientation (English Session) ：9.10
