學生身份為僑生、港澳生及外國學生，新生相關注意事項如下：

3.          本校僑外生新生抵校期間為 「2023年8月26日至 2023年9月3日」，宿舍最早得於「2023年8月26日下午2點」起入住。

4.          請至「國立彰化師範大學新生資訊系統」完成新生資料填寫：https://webapt.ncue.edu.tw/StuData/，有關預設ID，請查詢您的錄取通知書。

6.          提醒各位即將入學之僑外生，務必先行填寫好「境外學位生緊急醫療授權書」，於入學報到時繳交給新生報到團隊或國際處。 表單下載：http://oica.ncue.edu.tw/exchange/student/degree/forms?locale=en

7.          本校112學年秋季班開學日為2023年9月11日，於開學前將有一系列之僑外生新生報到週，以下為預計辦理之活動與日期：

(1)、 教務處報到註冊及領取學生證：2023年8月28日至9月11日 (非工作日無法辦理註冊及報到)。

(2)、 僑外生新生校園巡禮：2023年9月4日

(3)、 僑外生辦理居留證說明：2023年9月5日、9月6日

(4)、 各學院修課及語文中心華語課說明：2023年9月7日上午

(5)、 新生見面會(中文場次)：2023年9月8日上午 (非常重要，請務必參加! 英文場次另外擇期辦理)

(6)、 新生定向輔導活動：2023年9月8日下午

(7)、 新生校內體檢：進德校區(2023年9月14日)、寶山校區(2023年9月18日)，詳細時間依本校醫護室公告為主。

(8)、 僑外生新生迎新餐會：2023年9月15日

(9)、 僑外生新生迎新活動：2023年9月16至17日

3.           The arrival period for Overseas Chinese, HK & Macau Students and Degree-seeking Foreign Students, is from August 26, 2023, to September 3, 2023. The earliest check-in time to dormitories is 2 PM on August 26, 2023.

4.           Please go to the "National Changhua University of Education Freshman Information System" to complete the new student data form: https://webapt.ncue.edu.tw/StuData/

*For the temporary ID, please refer to your admission letter.

6.           Reminder for incoming overseas Chinese and international students: It is essential to fill out the " Authorized Letter of Emergency for Oversea Chinese Students and Degree-seeking Foreign Students " form in advance and submit it to the Office of International and Cross-strait Affairs or the freshman reception team during the registration process.

7.           Classes of Fall semester Academic Year 2023 begins on September 11, 2023. There will be a series of activities for new overseas Chinese, HK & Macau Students and Degree-seeking Foreign Students prior to the start of classes.

The expected schedule dates of event are as follows:

(1)、  Enrollment and collection of student ID cards at the Office of Academic Affairs: start from August 28, 2023, to September 11, 2023 (only during working days).

(2)、  Campus tour: September 4, 2023.

(3)、  Residency permit explanation session: September 5, 2023 and September 6, 2023.

(4)、  Brief introduction on courses of each college and briefing from NCUE Language Center: September 7, 2023 (morning).

(5)、  Freshman orientation (Chinese): September 8, 2023 (morning) (very important, please make sure to attend! An English session will be scheduled separately).

(6)、  Freshman orientation by Counselling Center: September 8, 2023 (afternoon).

(7)、  On-campus health examination for new students: Jinde Campus (September 14, 2023), Baoshan Campus (September 18, 2023). Detailed times will be announced by the university's Medical Service Room.

(8)、  Welcome Banquet: September 15, 2023.

(9)、  Welcome Activities: September 16 to 17, 2023.
